I am assembling my fry cleaner pro and have a few questions about the iRIAA board.  It appears that only half the board is being used in the picture and that some of the capacitors are not to be used, is this correct?
Also on the Capacitor spaces C1 and C2 there is no marking for the polarity on the iRIAA board or the assembly manual.  Which is the positive lead to go to?

That's correct, only one channel on the iRIAA board is used.  Outputs are wired in parallel.  C1 and C2 are not polarized, they can go in either direction.
