Recently, (last friday), I placed an order for some Clarity SA caps, and some other goodies.
I got confirmation and shipment THAT day, and received the package on monday.
Wow!
How very professional, Kevin! 
I work for a place that does internet business, so I know some of the stumbles to getting things out quickly, and all I can say is :
It don't get no better!

I know it cannot always work that fast, but the fact that it can even happen at all is impressive.

Secondly, though I have little experience with various flavors of capacitors, the SA units on early listen have really raised the bar on my vintage Altec Boleros.  I am really looking forward to how they 'break in', and if it DOES get better so much the better!

I second that! I haven't bought a lot of stuff from DIY Cable, but Kevin has been great about answering my naive pre-purchase questions and offering advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DIY Cable and I plan on buying more parts from Kevin when I have more time to devote to DIY audio.

Hey guys... thanks for the nice endorsement.    I try to get things out quick and it USUALLY happens.   Handling lots of parts though it is pretty much inevitable that sometimes you run into backorders.   I try to keep everyone informed of the status of their order and I'm successful 99% of the time.    It is the 1% that hurts you though.  ;-)

I had a good experience as well.  I took advantage of the overstock banana plug deal by ordering on-line in the evening.  The next morning, I thought that I would also add some speaker binding posts to my order and save some shipping.  Kevin mentioned that I should order on-line again for the binding posts with a comment that the shipping charge should be cancelled on one order since they would be shipped together.  To my surprise, the orders were shipped separately :oops: but Kevin honored the single shipping charge.   :D

I would not hesitate to order from Kevin again.
