They look pretty interesting but unfortunately I don't know much about them.
The Walsh I would presume to be associated with the same Walsh of the Ohm speaker line. When you look at the Ohm Walsh speakers you'll notice that the cones are inverted as in the F model Ohm speakers.
The tweeter looks to be upfiring (and radiates at 360
o) on the Infinity's.
If you look at the cylinder, the cone is flaring the opposite direction of the Ohm F series.
What that means, I'm not sure so take that for what it cost you.
After that little bit of supposition, anything else I were to add would be of even less value
