Roomtunes "crown moulding"

Had heard of this, but never seen it. It retails for $80/ 4 foot section, meaning that treatment of an entire room would be rather expensive.

When I had read of acoustic crown moulding, I had imagined something resembling a normal crown profile and was a bit surprised to see this pic of its actual appearance.

I would think that it actually COULD be effective, but that similar benefits could be achieved with products from other manufacturers.

I would get in touch with Bill or someone at 8th Nerve and I am sure that they could come up with something better and more attractive than that. That is pretty darn ugly which defeats the purpose I would think.
