In general, it's a good idea not to use any low voltage lighting nor any mechanical dimmers or cheaper electronic dimmers. Even when using a good electronic dimmer like a Grafik Eye, make sure that circuit is on the other 110v leg of your box from any AV equipment. This is one of the things I always warn my customers about when I design a room.
Plus, in general, track lighting has a propensity to buzz and rattle whenever you have strong bass in the room. Even cheap can lighting can have the same issues. Get good cans and good trim rings. Tape and tighten the devil out of any mechanical connections/tabs in the cans and make sure any tension device for the rings is as short and tight as possible.
