Our new phono is blue with anticipation...eagerly awaiting the L.A. Stereophile show and its imminent release

We will be showing with our Blue SWLP 9.0SE (near-final prototype) at the Stereophile show in L.A.

Thanks guys, I have actually done some more silver infill details and will have the silver silkscreening done soon too. I am going to have it professionally shot when complete. I believe we will have a poster for the show.

With the silver infill, in the engraved portions of the plate, it REALLY pops and looks great. We initially did it as an attention-grabber for the show.

Hi Dan,

Personally, I like the silver better because the logo and lettering are blended into the rest of the faceplate. In the photo, the logo and lettering look quite prominent. I prefer the more subtle all silver look.

Lovin' my preamp as is.

Here is a poster that our graphic artist did for us, showing the 'blu' color option:

We can do the same look in black with silver infill also.

I agree that the silver face with no in-fill is a cool look and it was chosen for its understated look. The black faceplate without infill looks good, but it is hard to read the logo or model number.

The blue and black with silver fill will appeal to some while the pure silver will appeal to others. All are available.

The response from reviewers, dealers and customers alike was very strong, at the L.A. show for the 'new blu'.

We are not going to offer trade-ins for the blue faceplate, but we will make them available for purchase. The price for the blue faceplate is $300.
