Recently while attemping a "tweak" in my amp, I created some sort of short (I think) and abosolutely fried one of my Super 3 drivers (like a total dumbass). I called up Louis, told him my story, and asked if he had any used drivers laying around (I couldn't stand the thought of breaking-in another one of those things!). Sure enough, he had one or two with >50 hours of break-in. I gladly gave him my credit card info and he said he would have it out to me the next day.
The next day, I received an email from Louis stating that the driver had been shipped out and to not worry about the cost... he would take care of it!! Today I received my totally modded gratis Fostex driver. Can you say customer retention? I'm so flabbergasted by the experience that I don't really even know what to say here.... thank you Louis.
