Hiya Guys,

Just thought I'd share whats new and in for review.

Just in case you haven't made it out to hear Jim Hagerman's USB-S/PDIF Chime, I've just about got the review wrapped up and I expect to be shipping it out sometime after next weekend.

I recently recieved the Audio Space 6M-300Bpp are a push pull 300B that use the 6SN7 and 6SL7 as driver tubes. They put out 21wpc.

Friday I got the Teresonic Ingenium's. They use the Lowther DX3 drivers in an interesting enclosure.

and I've still got the Lowther America Alerion's. They are up next on the review radar screen.

They are using the Lowhter DX55's (the 5" driver) in a downsized Medallion cabinet.

If anybody wants to stop by, you are most certainly welcome. We can hang and listen to music. Just give me a buzz or drop me a PM. If enough want to make the trek, maybe we could do a mini-gathering before these goodies have to get shipped back (guessing, about 4-5 weeks).

Hey Buddy,

You ought to catch a Southwest flight down here to StL. It's farely cheap. Me and the GAS guys would be happy to show you around town. Who knows, if you book at the right time I could probably get some Cards vs Mets tickets :D
That way you could hear these things first hand.

Hey!

Scott I wish I could do that.   Honestly seeing you guys over there having fun with so many tubes (especially SET) and hi-ef speakers make me want to move there and join you guys!

Here in NYC... and in NY Rave... I haven't see much NY Ravers with tubes... especially SET and hi-ef speakers.  :? Now again don't let those NY Ravers know that I say this.

Man! maybe someday. Anyway, have fun Scott.  8)

Take care,
Buddy :thumb:

Tubes...???????? Hi-Ef speakers.......?????? No need to move. All you have to do is come up and see me. I had a few from the NJ Audio Society up and couldn't pull them away from the Usher D2 Horns. For tubes..... I think I pretty much have that covered.

No way, LET them know. Maybe we can get them into the glowing glass as well.

Hi-Ef speakers......... Here ya go. 98dB with the TAD-4001

SET amplifiers.... got those too. Don't be fooled by the looks. The 300B
amplifiers are actually my design in Ming-Da chassis (for now).

When they are ready for production, I plan to. The feedback I have been getting on them has been wonderful. I am very happy with the progress so far. Right now, I am trying to decide on the final chassis design
