I just replaced the stock tubes with a set of Amprex 7308's that I got from Dodd Audio.

This made a considerable difference. Resolution is much better and vocals appear to have more breath to them.

Gary bought a bunch of these that are all from the same production run and still in original boxing.

He is asking $70. for them in pairs.

This was a very worth while upgrade.

It was a pleasure talking to you about the modifications you have performed on the dac 60, have you tried nos tubes in the dac and if so what where and are your impressions.
The power supply you are offering at 750 is that one of 2 power supply offerings , meaning 2 offers the ultimate at 1400 aproximately and the 750 as 2 alternatives.
