I haven't heard them, but I've read some good reviews of them. Specifically the 303's. They don't do a lot of bass - they bottom out around 72Hz - that's not much bass - a subwoofer would be recommended. Apparently they won't go super loud either. So I guess it depends on your listening habits and the equipment you currently have.
If you're looking for an all-purpose speaker (i.e. no subwoofer) I'd probably keep looking. If you could step up to the 600 series (more money, of course) I think you'd gain quite a bit of performance.

I would do the B&W 600s over the 303s. The 600s are far more refined sounding as they use a kevlar mid as opposed to the fibreglass in the 303. They have a little less bass than the 303 but are definately a better speaker at the same price.
