Jeezus, what butt-puckeringly awful special effects!  I'm astonished that the FX team wasn't taken out back and shot for this!  How the hell does something like that get past the studio heads?

Granted it's just the promo spots, but it looks like this might make the Mummy 2 look good! :o  :lol:

Oh come on...we both know the Rock looked great as the Scorpian King..so realistic  :lol:

I thought the trailer looked like cr*p too.

Maybe someone should have flagged the CGI excess and painted The Rock green instead.

Lou often makes cameo appearances on King of Queens (love that show!).  Man that guy is still a freakin' monster.  He doesn't look any smaller than in the past, maybe even bigger.  I think he would've been perfect for the role.

I think they were going for the comic book look also. Lou Ferrigno is big and there are body builder much bigger now but they still aren't big enough in the freaky manner that the comic book uses.
