True, but the LP racks are expanding, while I see the CD racks at major NY retailers like Virgin getting smaller and taken over by DVD's.  Of course, this is not to say that the LP is in any way bigger than the CD, but I'd bet the % of sales of LP's is going up from the past couple of years, while the inverse is true for CD's.

If you are going to be an anachronism, you may as well go with what sounds best. :) 8)
