The message I sent went as follows:
Please reconsider your stance of supporting only HD DVD. Universal is currently the only major studio not supporting Blu-ray. As a consumer I would much rather purchase a Blu-ray player than an HD DVD player since I will have access to a far larger movie catalog. I have enjoyed viewing dozens of Universal movies over the years and would be thrilled to be able to purchase them on Blu-ray. It's bad enough that we have two formats to confuse customers, please don't force us to purchase two new players. I for one will not. I would greatly appreciate a response to my concern. Thanks for your time.
