Mapleshade Samson?

Hey Guys

Looking for opinions on this rack. Its not cheap...in fact its really expensive, but it does look nice and I have to imagine its incredibly sturdy. I'm also a big fan of maple for its sonic properties.

I'm looking at the 4 shelf version. My TT will stay on the Ikea table I spike'd for it.

personally I'd have timbernation.com make you a 4 shelf maple stand. Better looking and probably more sturdy.

I purchased a 2" maple platform from Timbernation some time ago and can agree with Josh in that the appearance is first rate. Good workmanship & reasonably priced.

Thanks for all the tips so far. This Timbernation.com rack look sweet and is in the same ball park, price-wise (price includes shipping):

Its got 3" shelves which is a plus but lacks some adjustability relative to the Mapleshade. It does look REALLY nice, though.
