Can you use the second output on the Clarinet Linestage for a headphone amp?

Probably not, the output impedance is too high.  Maybe you could get close with Sennheiser or other 600 ohm phones, I haven't tried it.

any plans to add a tape loop to the Clarinet?

I am now using the CJ PV10BL which is murder on tubes. Most tubes go microphonic. I would like to use the Clarinet but without an outlet for headphone amp, well..
