IA-7 sounds wonderful-but a glitch

Jason:
After several e-mails back and forth, moving speakers and the listening seat, and changing every combination of speaker connects
to the IA-7, it is finally in-phase (I used the Ref. Recordings set-up and burn-in disc).  What is odd, that I had suspected from the start, is that the two sides of speaker cables appear to be connected out of phase to each other at the amp (one cable +to+, and -to-, the other +to-, and -to+), so
I strongly suspect that the one speaker terminal on the IA-7 is wired out
of phase.  Can this be fixed?  Also, can an owner change out speaker
terminals (i.e. Eichmann or Cardas) without voiding the warranty.  As I have silver spades at both ends of my Stealth MLT's, the stock connectors are less than optimal.
The sound of the IA-7 is fabulous, and more than meets my expectations of yielding more pleasant sound from my McCullough GS's.
This is the best bass I have heard since I sold my large subwoofer when I downsized my whole system several years ago.  Thanks for a very
musical integrated amplifier.

Aren't these problems/questions best solved/answered  in private with Jason?
