VH Audio OIMP Capacitors

Purchased V-Cap OIMP capacitors from Chris Ven Haus at VH Audio. Used them to replace the Auricap and Canary capacitors in my Meadowlark Audio Osprey loudspeakers... Wow! what a difference!  Opened up the treble, fleshed out the midrange, deepened and tightened the bass response, soundstage expanded and deepened...all of the audio superlatives apply to these extraordinary capacitors.

I liked that upgrade so much, that I purchased more of the V-Cap OIMP's as interstage coupling capacitors in my Audio Research Classic 60 amplifier (along with the V-Cap Teflons as bypass capacitors)...Holy ^&#$ Batman! These things are absolutely killer. If you are considering purchasing coupling or bypass caps, give these marvels a listen... I promise that you will not regret it!  Chris, you have my undying gratitude!

hi jallison,
First things first, welcome to Audio Circle. I see this was your first post.

In regard to the V-Caps, you didn't mention how long ago these were installed. If they are fairly fresh, you haven't even scratched the surface of the potential they have.

I have gone through possibly over a thousand of these capacitors in less than 2 years. I personally have three products here that have well over 1000 hours on them and can tell you that the Teflon units need 400 hours or so to reach about 95% of their potential and about 200 hours on the OIMP.

Keep burning and let us kow what you come up with after full break in.
