VMPS owners get their speakers with a standard 1-2 PM setting right?

Based on your equipment, where[/u] do you guys have the Mid and Tweeters dials at?........

It would be interesting to see how room and equipment dynamics, as well as taste can change the stock setting of the dials.

Edit (5/22):
Ok.  I added a poll meter for anonymity to those that are shy.  ;)

RM1, set at 1 and 2 oclock. My room is not very live or reflective. Except when the cymbals are set up!

You have 3 pair of Super Tower in your house?? Wow!! You must have a mighty big house :-)

Not that big  of a house, I just never sold the old pairs when I upgraded.  Theater Room, Living room and Wife's Studio.  If you want a set of the older ones they will go at a reasonable price.  I'm in SE PA..

Hi AVB,
Thanks for the offer but I already own a pair of VMPS ST/R SE.  My wife will kill me if I bring another big speaker into the house

I understand!   My wife's been hinting about getting these "things" out of "her" room.  Doesn't want to get rid of the stereo, just wants smaller speakers so she can put more of her stuff in the room.

RM40 TRT Spiral, med large treated room, Ampzilla 2000, McCormack pre: M 10, T 11.  Brian's recommended settings are way too high IMO.  His LEDE room quite absorptive on the spkr end.

RM40/TRT/FS: with Atma-sphere MA-2 ,mid at 12:00 and high at 11:00.

With Ampzilla, mid at 11:00 and high at 10:00.

RM40's are less 100hrs of playing time so they are still breaking in.

I'll try bi-amp in the near future.
