I suspect anyone who pays $350K for a pair of mono-blocks already bought those cars for their kids birthdays.

This reminds me of reading a Ferrari road test somewhere in a car magazine where the owner of one of the tested cars said "I buy Porsches for my kids to drive to school"

I'm sorry but I misquoted the quoter. He actually said: " I donate Porsches to bake sales for poor people whose kids have to attend public schools"

My kid will go to public school because Daddy will have his tube amps!

In fact, she had better count on qualifying for merit scholarship because I am not giving up my amps!
