What serial number starts the Ref 9.02 factory production?

As stated. Any further updates, tweaks, changes beyond 9.02 designation?

No. We're not working on any update of current Ref 9 circuit board.
In fact, for recent 2006 shipment of Ref 9, we no longer place the "Version 9.02" label under the amp. If you have the 2006 production date on the serial number, it is version 9.02 by default.

Existing Ref series amps can upgrade to next generation circuit board if we have any breakthrough. Don't ask about availability as we don't discuss our R&D plan.

All production post 11/2005 is 9.02, but we went back and updated older units in our inventory to 9.02 before releasing ex-factory. We also do stock rotation and update dealers' inventory.

Therefore, alll 9.02 has a label 9.02 on the bottom of the amp.
