I am gettign interested in Tubes and I am looking for a good reference book or website to get myself caught up on tube design.  What would the folks on this site recommend to get myself out from behind the power curve?

Don't ignore the guitar amp community for info, too - that's how I got started.  You might try webervst.com as a starting point...

Hmmmm, seems like you can't get the CD of all the Sound Practices back issues anymore???    I have it somewhere.... that's a must have for any tube DIY'er.
