I have an Onkyo Tuner with really old RCA jacks.  What should I be cleaning them with?

CAIG DeoxIT or ??

That's a good place to start. You may even want to take some very fine steel wool to the outside of them before using that if the oxidation is thick.

Go with the CAIG DeoxIt it will remove all of the oxidation and not sratch up the plating that may be remaining on the jacks. The smoother the surface is the lower your contact resistance is. You can also apply it directly to an rca plug and repeatedly plug it into the jack and clean the internal surfaces. The CAIG DeoxIT will also neutralize and stop the oxidation process.
