I get the images from either Amazon or Google Images. Find the album on Amazon and left click on the small image of the album cover. It will open in another window. Right click on the album cover (I'm using IE 8 ) and left click on properties. Copy the url ending in .jpg and use the "insert image tool on AC. Use "link to an external image" and highlight the http// and paste the url from Amazon over the http// and click "link image." Close the insert image box and post to AC. Same procedure for Google Images.

I use my flat bed scanner to scan the album cover, then I upload it to my web server, and link to the cover art when I post using an IMG tag.
