My stereo is recently set up having had a break from her pleasures for nearly two months. In a new room with some ad hoc room treatments she has been on all day with the table spinning the valves relaxing into what they do best and the sound is worth all the effort and money and reading. He (Janos) sounds so different to how I remember, the absorbtion behind the speakers has taken the focal point of the sound down by maybe half an octave if not more and the absorbtion at the first reflection points has been like a cleaning of my glasses in the audio sense. I love the way you can improve your stereo and your favorite records just continue to surprise just like a person with a good heart shines all the more the worse their situation, in a way that soothes the aches of the outside world away. To hear him play is lovely and as I write he plays with his subconcious breathing evidently a most important part of the experience. I shall not type anymore while listening for I shall never cease my ridiculous prose!
If you do not have this boxed set I must insist you buy it for I can't imagine any person not finding a life long friend in these recordings.
My Lord how I have missed my stereo!
