Thanks. The two female singers are Eilen Jewell "Sea of Tears" (this one you can thank Ed Cramer), and Nellie McKay "Get Away From Me" (whom both Ed and I like). I didn't get to but wanted to play Cursive's From The Hips, on their "Mama, I'm Swollen" cd, which I posted as the last entry two pages back. I think you would like most of their stuff as I do. Here's the youtube video of that song. It doesn't do justice to the energy on the cd, but at least you get the idea.

Rilo Kiley and other musicians did a Elliot Smith tribute concert in LA a few years ago. I wish I had known about it. I would have flown out just for the concert.
