Good stuff. Chico is alive and well. Together with Cecil McBee they have revived The Leaders quintet/septet(super group from the 80's) with new blood: Bobby Watson (as), Eddie Henderson (tp), Fred Harris (p), Billie Hart (dr) with Cecil on bass and Chico on tenor and soprano saxes.
I just came across this on the yet2-B-played-shelf, and remembered you asked "where's Chico"...
