Thanks Arthur! Exxon can be a challenging place for female executives. It's A Man's Man's Man's World - as Mr. Brown would say. She was filled with emotion yesterday, both good and bad. Her last project was really exhausting and I'm glad she's no longer a part of it. I'm taking her on a European river boat cruise this Sunday to help her decompress and relax. We loved it when we went last year. We'll be gone until mid-September. OK, back to the music!
