toocool4, yeah my tech replaced the motor in the Nak a couple of years back, had worn it out. Couldn't find a 581 unit so used a parts 580 he had. Still sounds great when music playing, it's just between cuts when you can hear some noise. Regular use was his recommendation when I stopped by to see if he was still kicking (pushing 80 now) a couple of weeks back. His shop looks like a hurricane aftermath, but the man knows his stuff.
