I have that still laying on the old Pioneer turntable.

I didn't notice it at the time, but the older I get, the more I can hear how close they were to total disintegration on this album. There is very little flow. Sting was clearly the superior songwriter at this time, which makes the contributions by Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland Sound like throw-aways. I still like this album, especially Synchronicity II (and the funny 'Mad Max' wannabe video), but their earlier work is
so much better.
