Every time I listen to Fugazi I'll roll through several albums but always wind up finishing the day listening to Minor Threat. Fugazi is great in their own right and a much more mature sound but listening you can tell that angst is still there from his early years.
No doubt that Minor Threat was an incredible, influential band. Their influence was everywhere when I arrived in D.C. back in 1986. I was there for five years and saw Fugazi at the 9:30 Club a number of times. There was a club called The Bayou where all the Fugazi wannabees used to play. There was amazing live music between there and Baltimore every weekend. Best years of my life.
