I saw the Mahavishnu Orchestra in late 1972 knowing nothing about them and was absolutely floored. They played most of the Inner Mounting Flame album and a nice chunk of the about to be released Birds of Fire. The band only lasted another year but they were incredible!

Thanks guys. We were crushed yesterday, but he lived a pretty awesome life and almost made it to 15 years old. Julie got to see him in good health for a week, and with all the medications he was on is a gift from above I'll never forget.
