I started going to shows in the '80s. My first show was when I was in the 9th grade. My best friend and I went to see Loudness in Corpus Christi.
I got my Loudness album signed by all members of the band before the show. Some bigger kids beat us up a little after the show and took my album and our concert shirts. We got lucky because the Police got those kids down the road a bit and we got our stuff back.

I still have that Loudness record. I like it for the memories but now I prefer music like Mark-Almond. Guess I got old.
