Prince - Lovesexy 1988 ( 2012 Japanese SHM-CD re-issue )

One of the more polarizing of Prince's " Golden Years " albums, Lovesexy was released instead of what became known as The Black Album which was shelved and became a highly-coveted bootleg among Prince fans. The sound quality of the SHM-CD version of Lovesexy is startling - probably as good as Redbook gets. It was structured as one long work with no breaks between tracks so if you had a favourite track, say, Anna Stesia, good luck cueing it up in a hurry... And now that you've seen the cover art, no, you cannot unsee it...
