Todd Rundgren - State (2013)
I pre-ordered this a while back. It arrived yesterday.
Another release in the style of "No World Order" (and everything he's released
afterwards). If "Liars" was a 2-disc set, this would be disc 2. I like it, but I
wouldn't recommend it. It's surprisingly fresh sounding for a 64 year-old guy who
composed the entire album on his laptop, but there's nothing all that remarkable
about it. I keep hoping for a return to his "Nearly Human" days, but the Magic 8
Ball says "NO".
