Straight-up and straight into the amps, Australia's The Angels aka Angel City aka The Angels From Angel City ( seriously...) probably have the most mind-bogglingly convoluted discography in rock'n'roll. Even the usually-reliable AllMusic have made a hash of it. I suspect this band still exists in some form, grinding out the kind of ageless noise that you can hear in a bar somewhere any night of the week. And they'll be playing it for the kind of hardcore fans who will accuse you of going prog if they hear castanets on a song on your new album. Fortunately, most of them will be too deaf for that to be an issue.
