Sounds unusually polished and full bodied from what I can hear of it on my computer's Audio Engines, anyway. But, I just gotta have Lovergirl and Out On a Limb from her dynamically compressed Starchild album and I'd pay a premium to hear the master tape if it has her full range in tact. This white girl could positively bring it!! But, don't take my word for it, ask a sister.

ps- I'm listening to Starchild now and the sound has definitely benefitted from some phono cartridge SRA adjustments I've done recently. Gets a heartfelt recommendation from me. She writes her own songs, too. Amazing talent. Thanks for posting this, WC.

Not my normal listening genre, but she had a very nice voice. Too bad that this album is released posthumously.
