Sleater-Kinney - The Woods (2005)

Good album - I was a big Sleater-Kinney fan. Was listening to Corin Tucker Band's latest ( Kill My Blues ) on a roadtrip today - also really good. Their first was a little tentative-sounding but the new one is full-on. Every bit as good as Wild Flag's record. :thumb:

Those guys were so friggin' awesome. I'd never heard of them until MTV in their early years played one of their live concerts. Richard Butler sat on a chair and smoked a cigarette while singing "Love My Way". Creepy and cool at the same time  8)

I like this album better than their earlier ones because of the denser sound.   :thumb:
