George Clinton - R & B Skeletons in the Closet (1986)

I saw this at Half Price Books today and had to do a double-take. It wasn't in the $1 clearance bin where I usually look, but surely the $4.99 sticker price couldn't be right. I opened it up expecting a train wreck of scratches on the play side, but other than a broken hinge on the cover, the disc and inserts were in MINT condition. Like out of the shrink-wrap PERFECT! So after a couple of minutes to calm down I went to check out. The guy at the counter looks at it for about 15 seconds and I'm expecting the worse. He says "This case is broken, I'm going to discount it to the clearance bin price". Yep, I got it for one friggin' dollar!

For those that don't know, this is it... The Holy Grail of George Clinton discs. It's almost impossible to find in this condition.
