Clare Burson - Silver and Ash (2010)

If anyone here likes beautiful folk music, then give a listen to the samples. I saw her last Sunday night in a very small club. There were maybe a dozen people in the audience (probably because of the Grammys that night and the cold). She didn't bring her band, so it was just her and her guitar. I sat in the front and was mesmerized by her beautiful singing. Half the set were originals and half were covers, including a Whitney Houston song which she dedicated.

Hey Paul,

I have both of the Lone Justice albums and her first three solo albums. "Life is Sweet" is my favorite because it's more of rock album than anything else she's done. Her voice is in perfect form. Like most of her stuff there are a couple of stinkers, but overall it's a great disc to own.

Sounds like this one is more up my alley. At times she sings a bit too much country on the three I have, though a couple of songs on Ygstbs are killa! I have to check this one out! Thanks.
