Fun Facts : The Mad Dogs & Englishmen Tour began March 19, 1970 and continued until May 16 with the show playing in over 40 US cities, often doing two shows per night. The first two weeks were a rolling party. The rest was a slow-motion trans-continental trainwreck. After the last show, Joe Cocker was handed a cheque for $862.00. He left the music industry for two years...
