James - haven't listened to any of his work outside CS&N (Y) in a long time. One reason I dragged my old TT out of retirement a couple of months ago was to access what little I kept of my vinyl library. Been ages since I heard Manassas, thanks for the reminder, will add it to the wish list. Lots of good writing to his credit as well as the playing. Love The One Your With holds a special spot, one of those moments in time things. Saw CSN&Y in '69 in Chicago, they each did a solo spot before coming together as the group. Great show.

I do not remember where I read about this record, either stereomjo, or arthur salvatore high end audio site.

If you like pink floyd and jazz, just the first track "us and them" is sufficient reason to buy this cd. It left me - I don't know what the word is, surprised may be it - surprised by the rendition, intrigued, beautifull, smart, and suave all in one. Then, how about Insensitive and You've got a friend? Great recording as well. So, here it is:
