Los Campesinos - Hello Sadness (2011)

Saw them in concert last week. It's a big change in direction with the latest album which has a few slow songs. All they did before was mid-tempo and fast tempo songs, which is great for dancing; but Gareth and his girlfriend broke up two weeks before the band was suppose to go in the studio. Gareth ditched all the songs he wrote and wrote all new songs since he knew what he was going to title the new album. It was the loudest concert I attended of the 37 concerts I've been to this year. I couldn't hear a thing and my ears were ringing for an hour after the concert. It was worth it though.
