. Went to Doug Gaddy's record store Absolute Vinyl in Boulder CO today after my Tigers took down the Buffs (Doug has been at every RMAF since 2005). Found a sealed copy of Ultimate Spinach. I'll post the haul on the Vinyl Circle next week.

Elvin Jones is absolutely gone on AFRO BLUE! He drains me. McCoy Tyner is beautiful passionate. Both Alabama and The Promise are also fine Coltrane examples from this period. I've owned a copy of this since it was released
