how does this compare to Dan's work in The New Pornographers? I have his most recent solo album, Trouble in Dreams, but not this one. Do you know if it is available in Vinyl?

Laura,

I like this particular album by Destroyer, but not the other one that I heard. You can hear the same influences as with New Pornographers, but I'd say that this album is much better recorded, so you can hear the layers better. I really like this album, maybe even better than the newer releases by NP.
