Not sure if this is the right circle...

I now have a VH Puslar 1.5 RCA WBT Silver next gens (whew...) that replaced a Virtual dynamics master series that was sold due to its girth and poor flexibility. I just can't shake my feeling that while the VH cable is very good its not as detailed as the VD cable. I guess some would say I have seller's remorse...

Ridge Street has quite a substantial reputation with a loyal following so I'm inquiring as to whether any inmates have compared the RS Poemia digital cable to VH Pulsar. With the RS sale on (40% off) their digital cable is in a price zone I'll consider...

All comments and opinions are most appreciated.

I haven't heard the VH digital cable (love their Airsine though) but I use the Poiema!! 1.5m digital RCA. FWIW, I've compared dozens of digital cables in my main system and this is one that I kept; presently using it in  in my studio system. It's detailed and neutral top-to-bottom.

The only RCA cables I've liked better so far are the HT Cyberlight, which has a slightly better sense of ease and flow, and a Concierto Violin with a more life-like presence.
With AES/EBU, the Stealth Sextet is by far the best I've heard, just does everything right, followed by the FIM Gold and Sonoran Lambda, which both come down a little on the smooth side compared to the Poiema.

I'd still like to hear the Cerious and the latest Marigo (had an earlier version) but I suppose at some point one has to just be satisfied, right?

If your system is nuetral to warm, I'd recommend trying the Poiema. Discounted, it's quite a good buy.

Good luck.

Thank you for the reply. I've ordered a cable from Robert and hopefully it will be in place later next week and after a while I'll report on my findings...
