GK-1 Measurements

Hello,
I am in the final steps of assembling the GK-1 and i have a couple of doubts .
Step 21 - Tube stage measurements:
1. voltage across R31 lied between 29-32 -> OK
2. voltage at the left side of R31 marked 132.5 V -> TOO LOW
Changed the R33 to a 470R as indicated.
2. voltage at the left side is now 140v -> OK
3. voltage at top of R23 marks 47.8v -> TOO HIGH ???
4. voltage acros R26B and R27B marks 47v -> OK
Checked voltage across R31 again....marks 33.7v -> TOO HIGH ???
Can you tell what to do ?? Should i leave the 470R or switch back to 1k ?
Thanks...almost there...

Hi Felipe,
Your figures indicate R31 at 470R is correct.
All the other figures are fine. Your tube is running just over 9mA, which is right on spec.
Enjoy the listening tests!
Congratulations - a good job!
Cheers,
Hugh
