Building the SW12A/SWPR sub....what to fill it with?

I'm building the sub Danny has on his web site, using the box plans on the site.  What do you fill it with and how much do you put in?  I have the Black Hole 5 that I'll be using in combination with whatever the fill should be.

I am pretty sure everyone just uses polyfill, which you can get at about any craft store.

BH-5 will handle the bulk of it. You can then just add poly fill as needed. Adding more poly fill with slightly lower the tuning.
