Can anyone tell me what the internal volume is of the av1-rs enclosure? I need to modify it slightly and want to keep the same volume.

Danny,

I'd also like to know if you recommend using Blackhole, NoRez, or Ice Absorption in a cabinet this small, and for this unique application on the AV1-RS?

Or do you just fill it with polyfill and be done with it?

It is about .19 to .2 cubic feet.

Adding one small strip of No Rez to the outer facing wall will be all the resonance control you could do on it. Then just fill it with loose poly fill or fiberglass insolation.
