Hang in there guys I am working on compiling it all.

One front page will have general info, an introduction of all the amps, and be full of links to all the other pages. Then there is a page for all related test gear used. A page with information about judging, scoring, and how the comparisons were made. A page for each amp that was sent with all related information about the amps and links to the manufacturers web sites. A page showing round one match ups. A page for round two match ups. A page for final round match ups. All of these pages will have links to pages showing each of the individual match ups and how they compared...  Whew. Over 50 score cards were turned in full of comments to include as well.

I really applaud the effort you guys went through to give a fair playing field.  I think your results will be much more meaningful then a lot of comparisons our groups often make that aren't as well controlled.

Is there a key or an explanation of which amp corresponds to which letter?  I went through this entire thread (quickly) and didn't find one.  Very confusing.

Those letters were posted in jest.   While letters were used to identify the amps at the comparison, they haven't yet been posted.

Nuforce is the worse amp?  Can't be.  It is the best amp since slice bread blah blah blah

Why are some of you guys taking shots at Nuforce?

They pulled themselves out of the comparison, and some folks wonder why that might be.  Speculation is rampant, the city is burning!

Let me be the first to cry out that the methodology used was flawed and results are meaningless. :argue:

Or the old, "My amp hated your speakers."

Or, "There was alphabetical prejudice/bias when code letters were assigned."

etc, etc, etc...

I tried out a pair of Nuforce 9 amps and thought they were very good. At the time they had a big problem with TV and FM reception interference. Other than that I liked them. As I remember they had a killer midrange.

                            Cheers

We aren't taking shots at Nuforce due to the sound, I am sure it is quite good.  It's just really lame they pulled out of the shootout for an extremely (imho) lame reason.  Honestly, I think they were worried about the results effecting sales.
