Hugh,

I want to thank you publicly for a very good after sale support.

From time to time during my experimention and my careless ness
My amp which I manage to blow a few times , Hugh was always there
to  suppport all my questions even if the unit were bought more than a few years ago.

My hat's off to you.

I've had the same experience.  I bought most of my Aspen gear a long time ago; still, my questions are always answered promptly, with good humor, and authoritative guidance.

Many thanks Hugh, for your patience and good humor (not to mention the awesome music you have brought into my house).

Boy, you can count me in as well!!!! Hugh is one of the most sincere people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. As my wife says, if you are going to do something, put your best foot forward, and Hugh has definitely done that.

What can I say?  You guys are friends, your amps are my babies, I love what I do, and in my strange, nerdy world I cannot imagine doing anything else with my days........  Ain't life grand?

I live in a rich world, with wonderful contacts all over the planet from every culture and language group.  Everyone has an interesting story;  I find the endless variety of people riveting, and my head is abuzz with fascinating circuits which magically create music.  Frankly I should have done this from age 25 instead of 50, but all the things I learned in my best years are really helpful in my new life now, so much better than the military!

Last night my wife and I went to dinner across town with good friends.  Helen is a retired epidemiologist, Ian is a plastics engineer researching and making biodegradable food packaging, and I don't believe I'd swap places for anything in the world.

Thanks again for the posts, much appreciated.

Service..... and then some. I've always said you get more than an amp when you buy and AKSA. Hugh's very unique in this crazy business and thank God for that.

Don't forget the fanastic instructions and diagnostics.

Keep it up Hugh as you have a strong loyal base.

What Hugh does is way beyond what the word service describes. And there is even an extensive pre-sales service. I remember well when I was going to buy my 55N - prior to which went quite a number of emails back and forth, much of which ascribable to my almost insatiable curiosity :lol:

Hugh is unique, that's how simple it is  :mrgreen:

Goodonya, Hugh - keep it up, and people will have one more good reason to buy AKSA gear  :thumb:

Ah, for those who have followed my latest electronic debacle with my GK-1, WOW, couldn't have got it going without the tremendous help from Aspen World Headquarters.  And when you call, write, or visit, you get to to go right to the President, Chief, Designer, etc.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why would anyone want anything but an Aksa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
